- Stainless steel coating tank with a 3 in (76 mm) water jacket, which includes submersible heating elements for automatic coating temperature control
- Slow speed, gear driven mixer with high efficiency, stainless steel impeller and variable speed control
- 42 in (1067 mm) diameter spray tank with PVC “flooding” poles
- Control panel with heating element contractors
- Two air operated diaphragm pumps for supply and return of coating
- Internal vortex baffles
