Donovan™ Standard Flask Mold Handlers are crane hung and designed to lift, move, rollover and close a specific size flask. These units have a self-contained hydraulics system for power and can run continuously without overheating. These mold handlers enable fewer people to handle heavy molds with minimum effort, and reduce the chance of employee back strain or other costly injuries.
All units have push-button automatic leveling with a manual override. The hydraulic motor and heavy gear drive allows for positive clamping, even on loss of power. The trunnion shaft can be custom made to fit your system’s flask. The F-Series can be converted from a Crane Hung unit to a Gantry Style, free standing unit (FS-Series) to fit your foundry needs.
